Sworn translations are indispensable services when an Italian document must be asserted abroad or when an official document issued abroad must be used in Italy. We translate, certify and legalise any certificate or document, both private and corporate. We are particularly well-known on the Modena and Province markets for this type of service. We also take care of legalising or apostille the translations of sworn Italian documents for their use abroad. Legalisation and the Hague Apostille are stamps that certify both the authenticity of the signature(s) present in a public document and the authority invested in the official who signs it. Legalisation is carried out when a country has not acceded to the Hague Convention, while the Apostille is for countries that have acceded to the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961 (list of acceding countries). Both the Legalisation and the Apostille must be done in the document’s country of origin.
